Company introduction
A multi-site Queensland manufacturing business.
Since commencing operations in 2022, Kirin has grown into a multi-site manufacturing business supporting truck dealers, fleet operators, rental companies and individual businesses with design, manufacturing, fit-out, repairs, spare parts and after-sales support.
We design and manufacture lightweight aluminium and heavy-duty steel and aluminium bodies for Australian operating conditions. Our range includes ALLYPAN® pantechs, ALLYPACK™ curtain siders, ALLYTRAY™ trays, standard pantechs, curtain siders, trays, tippers, service bodies, custom truck bodies and trailer solutions.

Every project begins with understanding how the vehicle will be used.
Payload, body dimensions, chassis configuration, loading method, access requirements, accessories and operating conditions are considered before manufacturing begins.
Our design and production teams combine 3D modelling, engineering knowledge, fabrication experience and customer feedback to reduce risk and develop practical solutions before the first component is manufactured.
We do not believe one standard body is right for every customer. Our goal is to build the right body for the truck, the load and the work it needs to perform.

Local tooling & manufacturing control

KIRIN owns dedicated extrusion tooling for key components within our proprietary lightweight aluminium body system.
Key structural aluminium components are locally extruded to KIRIN specifications, giving us greater control over supply, product development and manufacturing configuration.
This manufacturing control allows KIRIN to respond to different vehicle and operating requirements without being restricted solely to predetermined imported body kits.
For customers, that means greater flexibility across body dimensions, access arrangements, internal layouts, equipment integration and repeat fleet specifications — while the proprietary engineering behind the system remains protected.

Quality is not limited to the appearance of a completed vehicle. It includes selecting appropriate materials, controlling dimensions, maintaining documented specifications, inspecting work throughout production and supporting the customer after delivery.
