Followmont Transport SITRAK 6×4 with a KIRIN 14-pallet curtain-sider in NAPA and Repco livery

KIRIN® INDUSTRIES is delivering a five-unit fleet of 14-pallet curtain-siders to Followmont Transport as part of its latest production lot.

Manufactured and fitted in Queensland, the five bodies are installed on SITRAK 6×4 chassis and configured for efficient pallet distribution across loading docks, forklift-accessible facilities and delivery locations without dedicated loading infrastructure.

Fleet configuration

Each vehicle features:

Fast side access for pallet distribution

The Attards-supplied quick-release curtains provide broad access along both sides of the body, allowing forklifts to reach individual pallet positions without loading exclusively through the rear. The quick-release design also reduces the time required to open and secure the curtains during frequent multi-stop operations.

Inside, the load-rated gates provide practical separation and load-management options for different delivery configurations. Loads must still be secured according to their weight, position and applicable load-restraint requirements.

Tail lift and rear closure in one system

At the rear, the Anteo F3CL22 tail lift also serves as the complete rear closure. This removes the need for separate swing doors: when raised, the tail lift closes the body; when lowered, it provides a loading platform for delivery sites without a dock. The arrangement reduces handling steps while maintaining a clean and functional rear design.

The vehicles are finished in a highly visible Followmont Transport livery featuring its partnerships with NAPA and Repco, creating a consistent fleet presence on the road.

Consistent delivery across a five-unit production lot

Delivering five similarly configured vehicles within one production lot demonstrates KIRIN’s ability to support larger fleet programs while maintaining consistent specifications, workmanship and presentation across every unit.

The project brings together KIRIN’s local body manufacturing and fitment capabilities with specialist equipment from Attards and Anteo, creating a practical fleet package designed around real freight operations.
